CaptureFit is an online platform for running fitness events. Organisers use it for athlete and team registration, online payments, live leaderboards, heat generation, schedules, judge and volunteer sign-up, and vendor sign-up. Athletes and teams use it to find events near them, enter as an individual or a team, sign waivers, pay and follow results live. The same platform runs in-person competitions, online qualifiers and seminars, in the browser on any device.

CaptureFit is an online platform for running fitness events. Organisers use it for athlete and team registration, online payments, live leaderboards, heats, schedules, and judge, volunteer and vendor sign-up. Athletes and teams use it to find events, enter, sign waivers, pay and follow live results. It runs in-person competitions, online qualifiers and seminars.
Open the event page and choose to enter as an individual or as a team. You create a CaptureFit account (or log in), complete the entry form, sign the waiver and pay online. Your entry then appears under My Events, where you can manage it up until event day.
The team captain signs the team up, then invites team-mates by email from the "Pick your team mates" screen. Each team-mate registers using the email address they were invited on, signs the waiver and adds their emergency contact details. Captains should not add themselves, as they are already part of the team.
Pricing is quoted per event, because events differ in size and in what they need. Request pricing and we will come back to you. You can also test the platform for free at your first in-house event.
CaptureFit is integrated with PayFast and Stripe, covering more than 135 currencies, so athletes pay online when they enter. Manual EFT is also supported if you would rather collect payment yourself.
Yes. Online qualifiers, in-person competitions and seminars all run on the same platform, including score submission and live leaderboards for online events.
No. CaptureFit runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop, so there is nothing for athletes, judges or spectators to install.
